## How the model works

Najik is not a listings directory. The customer never browses providers.
A coordinator takes the job description, matches it to a verified technician
nearby, and confirms the price before the visit. The customer pays the
technician directly, so Najik charges the customer nothing.

## How to book

1. Describe the job at https://najikservices.com/ or call 01 000 0000.
2. A Najik coordinator calls back — usually within two hours — to confirm the
   technician and what the visit will cost.
3. The technician comes to you and you pay them directly. Najik takes no cut
   from the customer.
