## Frequently asked questions

### What causes a yellow flame on my LPG gas stove?

A yellow flame indicates incomplete combustion, usually caused by blocked burner holes, carbon deposit inside the mixing tube, or an incorrect air-to-gas ratio. Our technicians clean the brass burners and recalibrate the jet nozzles to restore a clean, high-efficiency blue flame.

### How often should gas regulator pipes be replaced in Nepal?

Safety guidelines recommend replacing flexible LPG rubber hose pipes every 2 to 3 years, as gas rubber degrades and hardens over time, risking micro-cracks and dangerous leaks.
