Welcome to Najik Services. By accessing our website or requesting services through our phone, messaging, or web channels, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

## 2. Nature of Service
Najik is a managed service referral network connecting customers in Kathmandu Valley with verified local technicians, tradespeople, and repair specialists.

## 3. Pricing & Payments
Najik referral and dispatch coordination is free for customers. You pay the assigned specialist directly upon completion of the agreed work.

## How to book

1. Describe the job at https://najikservices.com/ or call 01 000 0000.
2. A Najik coordinator calls back — usually within two hours — to confirm the
   technician and what the visit will cost.
3. The technician comes to you and you pay them directly. Najik takes no cut
   from the customer.

- Hours: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM, every day
- Coverage: Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur and Chandragiri
- Languages: Nepali, English
