Fridge repair — Frequently asked questions
Is appliance repair done at home or taken to a workshop?
Around 85% of appliance faults (heating elements, washing machine drainage pumps, fridge thermostats, microwave switches) are repaired on-site inside your home. In rare cases where a compressor or PCB board requires dedicated workbench testing, the technician explains the process upfront.
