Najik connects you with a verified technician or service provider. The work itself, its price and its quality are agreed between you and them — Najik is not a party to that agreement and does not process payment for it. We vet the people we refer, but we are an introduction, not a guarantor.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Najik Services ("Najik", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website or requesting services through our phone, messaging, or web channels, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

2. Nature of Service

Najik is a managed service referral network connecting customers in Chandragiri Municipality, Kathmandu with verified local technicians, tradespeople, and repair specialists.
  • The actual repair, installation, or maintenance work, its scheduling, pricing, and execution are agreed directly between you and the assigned service provider.
  • Najik acts as an introductory coordinator and quality vetting partner, not as a direct employer or direct contractor of individual specialists.

    • 3. Pricing & Payments

  • Najik referral and dispatch coordination is free for customers.
  • You pay the assigned specialist directly upon completion of the agreed work.
  • Quotes, estimates, and rates provided on our website are advisory guidelines based on Kathmandu Valley market benchmarks; final quotes are confirmed on-site based on actual job complexity and required replacement materials.

    • 4. Cancellation & Fair Use

    If you need to cancel or reschedule a service request, please inform our coordination team promptly by phone or message so the dispatched technician can be notified without unnecessary transit.
