Chandragiri Municipality covers the western rim of Kathmandu Valley, from Thankot and Dahachowk on the hills to Naikap, Balambu and Tinthana near Kalanki. It mixes older village settlements with fast-growing new housing along the Prithvi Highway and ring-road side.
Good to know: Technicians are sent from Chandragiri itself, so they know the local roads and tole names. For hillside homes around Dahachowk and Baad Bhanjyang, a nearby landmark helps them find you quickly.
Painting in Satungal Chowk — FAQs
What can be done about damp seepage on ground floor walls?
Ground-floor dampness is common across Kathmandu. Our painters scrape the efflorescence back to masonry, apply anti-fungal waterproofing chemical coatings, seal with damp-proof primer, and finish with breathable emulsion.
